Description: The test installation consisted of six 30-ft long single-slope steel-reinforced concrete barriers with J-J Hooks connections. The barriers were 8 inches wide at the top, 24 inches wide at the bottom, and 42 inches tall. The first three barriers on the upstream end were offset from the other three by 4.62 degrees (12:1) so that the upstream end of the first barrier was offset from the last three by approximately 90 inches. The barriers were set directly on the concrete apron without any restraints that would restrict movement
