MASH TL-3 Evaluation of the TxDOT TL-3 Low-Profile Barrier for High Speed Applications

Description: The test installation consisted of six free-standing reinforced T-shaped concrete barriers, each 30 ft long, for a total length of 180 ft. Adjacent barriers were connected with two 26-inch long, ⅞-inch diameter B7 threaded rods, along with plate washers, SAE hardened washers, and Grade 5 hex nuts. The barriers were 15 inches wide at bottom, 25 inches wide at top, and 26 inches tall.
