Description: the Penn DOT PA Bridge Barrier was comprised of a steel reinforced cantilevered concrete bridge deck, 11 inches thick, supporting a 24-inch tall x 18-inch thick steel reinforced concrete barrier. There were 20 posts attached to the top of the barrier, with the tops of the rails located 37 inches and SO inches above grade, respectively.
