Description: The as-tested device consisted of one 48 in square vinyl roll up sign, one fiberglass cross brace assembly, one flag yolk, three flags, and one base assembly. The as-tested device weighed approximately 26 lb. The device had a height of 84 in measured to the top of the sign. It was tested with four 25 lb sand bags; one for each of its legs. The square vinyl roll-up sign was attached to a fiberglass cross brace and was set at a mounting height of 16 in measured to the bottom corner.
